I received my education and training in Massage Therapy at the National Holistic Institute's (NHI) 900 hour Core Program.  To gain experience as a Massage Therapist I have served as an extern at Hand & Stone Spa, Massage Luxe, Modas Accupuncture as well as participating weekly in a Massage Clinic at NHI where I performed Sweedish and Shiatsu Massage Therapies on the general public.  Finally, I have volunteered to provide post event Sports Massage at various running and cycling events.  

I am knowledgeable and educated in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.  My education and training provides me with the skills required to assess and meet the specific needs of my individual clients.  Above all, I am a conscientous massage therapist with strong communication skills and a passion for serving others through the healing power and benefits of massage therapy.  I love what I do!
